General Terms of Use of the FixNow Platform

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of FixNow by businesses requesting registration, verification and operation of a company profile. They are not consumer terms for ordering a trade service.

2. Operator

FixNow is operated by NetMann s. r. o., Veľké Leváre 1037, 908 73 Veľké Leváre, Slovak Republic, Company ID 52808840, registered with the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file 144049/B.

3. Nature of the service

FixNow provides company registration, verification and publication of company profiles and public contact details.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FixNow is not the provider of the trade service, is not a party to the contract between the customer and the registered provider, does not determine the final price and does not guarantee leads, orders or commercial results.

4. Registration

By submitting the form, the user requests an account and accepts these Terms. A profile is published only after review and approval.

The user must be a business or a person authorised to act for it and must provide accurate, complete and current information.

5. Verification

FixNow may compare submitted information with public registers and reliable databases, request documents, or reject a registration in the event of false data, terminated activity, duplication, missing authority or a risk of misuse.

6. Account security

The user is responsible for protecting login credentials, activity performed through the account and immediately reporting suspected misuse.

7. Contacts and profile content

Internal contact details are used for verification and account administration. Public contacts, company name, Company ID and location may be displayed to visitors.

The user is responsible for the lawful disclosure of other persons' contact details and for all texts, photographs, logos and references supplied for the profile.

8. Prohibited use

Users must not submit false information, offer services without the required authorisation, infringe third-party rights, publish illegal content, bypass security measures, distribute malicious code, spam or misuse platform data.

9. Moderation and termination

FixNow may remove illegal or non-compliant content, hide a profile, suspend an account or terminate registration. Notices may be sent to netmann.sro@gmail.com.

A user may request deactivation. Information required by law, necessary for legal claims or needed to demonstrate consent may continue to be retained.

10. Price

Unless otherwise agreed or stated in a separate price list, basic registration and a basic company profile are free of charge.

11. Availability and liability

FixNow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or commercial results. Each provider is responsible for its authorisations, offer, price, performance, complaints and damage caused.

No limitation applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Complaints, amendments and law

Platform complaints may be sent to netmann.sro@gmail.com. FixNow may amend these Terms when the law or service changes and will provide reasonable notice of material amendments.

Slovak law governs these Terms. They take effect on 3 July 2026. The Slovak version prevails.
